Checkout Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Weather Policy:
If you are unable to attend due to inclement weather, your ticket may be used on another day during the same festival season, provided the festival is open that day.
All events are rain or shine
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related conditions (including rain, wind, or temperature)
If the event is open and operating, tickets remain valid for entry.

2. Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for one day at for Branford Farm Stand event and season.
Each ticket grants one-time admission per person.
Tickets cannot be transferred or resold for profit.
3. No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason other than full event cancellation by Branford Farm Stand.
4. Event Hours & Closures
Event dates and hours are subject to change due to farm operations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Safety & Conduct
Visitors must follow all posted rules, staff directions, and safety guidelines while on the property.
Branford Farm Stand reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund.
6. Photography & Media
By attending, you grant Branford Farm Stand permission to use photos or videos taken during your visit for marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Assumption of Risk
Entry onto the farm property constitutes acknowledgment of the inherent risks associated with agricultural activities and outdoor events. Branford Farm Stand is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
8. Agreement to Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies.
